Hello! My name is Elizabeth Gardner and I am an illustrator based in Madison, Wisconsin. I went to Notre Dame for a degree in civil engineering (and anthropology), and have experience working in construction management and medical software.

Despite my heavy STEM resume, I’ve been drawing and painting my whole life and have a strong passion for history and archeology. This interest was further enabled when I moved from sketchbooks to digital work on an iPad three years ago.

Ever since then, I’ve been taking on projects, both commissioned and self-inflicted, to develop my style and improve my work with form, color, and composition. I hope to use these skills to explore themes of history, storytelling, and global travel in more depth!
